Dotstrap is a hosted personal front desk. You claim a permanent public address at dotstrap.com/{your-handle} and put your name, photograph, a headline, a bio and links on it. The page carries no email address, phone number or messaging handle. Instead, an AI front desk holds the first conversation with every visitor, says it is an AI, and files what they said against one private note you wrote about what should reach you: a fit reaches your inbox as a written brief with a category and a priority, and anything else is filtered, where you can still read it and move it to your inbox. You decide every reply. The same account can declare a private intent — one sentence about what you are looking for right now — and see people whose declared intents are complementary, without anyone ever seeing your words. It is open to anyone who wants to be easy to reach without handing out an email address or a phone number. It is not a chatbot, not a scheduling tool and not a CRM, and it books nothing.
A Dotstrap address is permanent and cannot be changed once it is claimed.
Your name, photograph, a headline, a bio and links go on it. What deliberately cannot is an email address, a phone number or a messaging handle.

A few plain sentences — “People I know, paid work and good questions. No sales pitches.” No rule builder, no keyword list, and nothing published.
Reading a Dotstrap page requires no account at all.
Writing needs one tap of Google sign-in, and no page of their own. No password or phone number is collected from anybody, including the owner.
It says it is an AI front desk, and it never writes as the owner.
It asks who they are, why they are reaching out and what they want — one question at a time, and only what it still needs. When it has enough, it asks whether there is anything else to add.
Every visitor is told their message will be passed on, and that the owner decides whether to reply.
What fits the owner’s note lands in their inbox. Anything else is filtered, where the owner can still read the brief and move it to the inbox. The visitor is never told which.
The owner is shown a summary, not the conversation.
Who they are, a category, a priority and why they got in touch. Then two decisions: not interested, or reply — and a reply reaches the visitor in their Conversations on Dotstrap.
Looking for shows people whose declared aims complement the owner’s, not people whose words are similar.
One private sentence about what they are looking for right now. Nobody’s sentence is shown to anybody — a result carries a face, a name, a public line and how many details could be compared.

When you want people to be able to reach you without handing out an email address or a phone number. If you want to be booked rather than met, a scheduling link is the right tool and this is not it.
